Countrywide Bank CD Rates

While Countrywide Bank is widely known for its mortgage lending (Countrywide issues about 20% of the mortgages in the United States), many people forget that Country wide also provides other financial products. In our continuing efforts to find the highest CD rates, we recently reviewed the CD rates at Countrywide Bank and found some certificates of deposit with interesting rates.

Currently, Countrywide is featuring a 7 month CD with a 4.00 percent Annual Percentage Yield (APY). That’s a pretty nice rate for a short-term CD. This featured CD requires a minimum deposit of $10,000.

Other Countrywide Bank CD Rates of interest include:

  • The Countrywide 12 month CD. This CD has an Annual Percentage Yield of 3.90 percent, and also requires a minimum investment of $10,000.
  • The 36 month CD at Countrywide Bank has an APY of 3.70 percent, and likewise requires a deposit of $10,000.
  • The Countrywide Bank 48 month CD, which has an APY of 3.95 percent. This Country wide Bank CD also requires a minimum deposit of $10,000.

In our opinion, these Countrywide Bank CD Rates seem pretty appealing. Please be sure to check the Countrywide web site for the most current offers available in your area, as CD rates can change rapidly and differ by location.
